boot camp
I’ve decided adults are idiots.
Please let me have more common sense then any of them, even Oto-sama, when I grow up. So, after that revlation, they all began to argue about what needed to be done.
…Obviously, no one thought about getting a hold of Drew-what’s-his-face.
No one even noticed when I walked out of the room. Sometimes I wonder how Kaa-san kept track of me when I was little.
Whoever that Almelda character was, though, he was right. There was a dragon. Stupidly, though, they were aiming AT the dragon.
“OI.” I yelled at him. He turned, and didn’t look pleased to see me. Wonderful.
“You have to come with me.” I told him. He just kept looking at me like he had no idea what I was saying, so I grabbed him by the back of his shirt and dragged him to KaibaCorp.
Of course, as soon as we got in there, I realized I had been spewing Japanese at him. Whoops. Kaa-san had already taken charge of him though, and mentioned Devynn. He perked up at the mention of her.
“How do I save her?” He asked. Kaa-san smiled, the evil smile that looked exactly like her kind smile. Then she looked at me.
“You have to learn how to duel, Drew.”
No. Oh no.
Nonononono.
DO NOT PIN THIS ON ME, KAA-SAN. I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO THEN TEACH A COMPLETE NOOB HOW TO DUEL.

nonsense and bullshit
So, my parents are idiots. Somehow, on the way to KaibaCorp, Devynn disappeared. Which means she was kidnapped.
GREAT. NOW I’VE GOT TO FIND HER OTHERWISE I WILL BE GUILTY.
We had just reached KaibaCorp when Mokuba-oji ran out, clearly worried, and Katsuro, carrying an unconcious Liza (SHE HAD BLOOD RUNNING DOWN HER ENTIER LEFT SIDE! ENTIRE. LEFT. SIDE!). There was chaos, as Oto-sama and Mokuba-oji yelled at each other, and Jo and Jounouchi-san asked Katsuro if he was alright, and Kaa-san ran inside to get a doctor or something for Liza.
Eventually, though, everyone’s attention was turned to Katsuro.
“They got Liza.” he told us, wincing as Kaa-san cleaned his cuts, “so I had to go after her. They wanted to duel me, and I didn’t think I would win, but–” He paused, pulling out his deck and flipping over the first card. It was a dragon, similar to the one that had shown up in my duel with Atemu.
“Hermos…” Jounouchi-san said, quietly. Katsuro looked at him,
“You know, Tou-chan?”
“We’re…old buddies.” Jounouchi-san chuckled. It was only then that I decided it was a good idea to check my deck.
And sure enough, a matching card. Critias. Oto-sama made a noise, half-exasperated, half-resigned.
“That leaves just one, though.” Kaa-san said, quietly. She looked at Yugi-oji. He shook his head, reluctantly.
“It wouldn’t be Atemu. And I doubt it’s Ume. I’ll call Anzu and see…but the chances are that it’s someone else.” he said. Kaa-san sighed, as her phone rang. Her eyes widened as she checked the caller ID, and her voice got excited as she talked, slipping into English.
“Almelda…” she breathed. Oto-sama stiffened. Kaa-san lowered the phone.
“There’s a young man who says he’s fighting aliens, with a bow and arrow. Almelda just saw him. Strange thing, though. He’s being trailed by Timaeus.”
Wait. Aliens? Bow and arrow?
…
Devynn’s friend. What’s his name. Drew.

SERIOUSLY?
So. Motou Atemu? HE WASN’T KIDDING ABOUT THE FRIGGING DUEL. Jo and Devynn finally caught up with me, though. They have no idea where what’s-his-face–Drew?–went.
Atemu’s always been a little crazy in the head. He has to be, with Yuugi-oji as his father. But now, well…
He’s finally cracked.
He’s screaming at me about the Orichalcos or whatever it is, and how the world will be saved.
Please, like this world NEEDS another crazy-ass end-of-the-world ‘psychic’ . Either way, I dueled him.
It was a draw. (As usual, though.)
And then Yuugi-oji, Jounouchi-san, Oto-sama, and Kaa-san showed up.
“TOU-CHAN!” Jo screamed, “WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?” They seemed more concerned with what Atemu was doing, though.
What a problem kid.
But anyways, then Kaa-san went over to Devynn and told her it was probably better if she went home. Devynn protested, of course, contrary little girl.
Then I asked (well, more yelled) whether anyone had seen Liza or Katsuro.
Atemu started laughing.
“KaibaCorp. Now. You too, Sevington.” Oto-sama finally growled.
They clearly aren’t telling us something.

invasion
Time is running out. I can’t find Jo, and apparently Liza’s gone missing too.
This city is crazy. Duel monsters are running around, these weird alien things are running around (and I know they’re not duel monsters, because I’ve never seen them), and THERE IS A FRIGGING EYE STARING AT US ALL IN THE SKY.
There are also people in armor running around. And Devynn’s friends. Ben and Gwen or whatever their names are.
WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON HERE?
Oto-sama’s cell phone is busy, and Kaa-san’s is disconnected. Devynn picked up, then hung up. Stupid girl.
I was nearly attacked by one of the stranger looking monsters, but there was a flash of light or something.
I want to say it was a dragon. Critius, I want to say its name was…
I’m hiding now, and looking for someone, anyone. Where have they all gone?
Am I fucking alone right now?
Wait–that’s–
Motou Atemu?!
“Let’s duel,” he’s saying. That smirk. It seems so like the overconfident one I know, but it somehow seems different, too. Evil, somehow.
“Experience the power of the Orichalcos yourself, Kaiba Matsuo.”

KaibaCorp’s under attack.
Not sure what they are. It looks like a mix of Duel Monsters (but Oto-sama insists they aren’t real) and…aliens?
Wow, the building just shook.
Oto-sama’s telling me to go call Kaa-san.
Devynn’s texting my cell.
Liza’s just sent me one too.

HAHA. Hi to Matt and everyone who reads this blog (aka nobody. ^_^V) It’s Jo Jounouchi, being bored while her little brother and almost-little sister are at the beach with Ellie-san. It’s a good chance to practice my English too.
Matt went off to work without me! He’d much rather go fix computers or whatever it is he does. So, this will teach him to not turn off his computer! I should change the layout to pink or something. That will really fsck him off.
Oh, whoops. There’s the doorbell. I’m the only one at home, so I gotta answer it. Dunno who would ring, though. Well, I’ll go check anyways~~~~

More preparations…
Kaa-san forgot to mention that Jo and Katsuro’s visit would equate us cleaning the house. Because it’s still a mess after Oji-san and Oba-san came. I don’t see the point. This is why we have servants. To clean and cook for us. But when I told Kaa-san this, she just laughed at me and told me that cleaning builds character. She then thrust a mop and feather duster at me, but luckily, Oto-sama said he needed me.
Never was I so happy to have to go to KaibaCorp. Although I started regretting it once the Board started discussing profit margins. Devynn texted me though. I’m not even sure how she got my phone number. Liza probably told her or something though.
Half the things she wrote made me want to break my phone. But then I wouldn’t have a phone. So I had to settle for making mad faces and snapping at people in real life. I think someone actually called me ‘demon child’ today.

fangirls.
You know what I hate about fangirls? The way you have to watch yourself around them. As much as you hate them, you have to continue to keep up your image around them. There’s also the other quirk. Unless you are related, the fangirls will mob whatever non-relative girl that gets close to you.
Like Devynn.
I hope she can take care of herself, because fangirls are VICIOUS. I once overheard them arguing over one of my pieces of written on scrap paper. It was hands down, the scariest thing I’ve ever seen. Well, that and one of Leah’s tarot readings. Now THAT’s a creepy thing to behold.
Anyways. Devynn keeps finding things to argue with me about. I might strangle her someday, friend or no friend of Liza’s.
