Oh fuck.
Did I do what I think I just did? Why yes, I did. I just walked out of a KaibaCorp board meeting. I’m dead. Completely and utterly dead. Oto-sama’s probably going to disown me, if he doesn’t kill me first. But rewind.
Because Mokuba-oji’s here, Oto-sama decided it was a good idea to go into work overtime mode. Which means that as KaibaCorp heir, I’ve been in meetings and at KaibaCorp 24/7. No joke. They put up a bed in one of the rooms here and everything. Seriously? Even Mokuba-oji got to step out and have lunch with Liza. Oto-sama even made me skip school. I’d like to see how Kaa-san explained that to the school.
“Yes, I’m sorry. My son isn’t at school today because he has to sit in a meeting for the company he’s inheriting in 2o years or so that he doesn’t want to take over.”
Yeah, that would go over real well.
